We may act as:

• An advisor

• A broker / intermediary

• A sourcing partner

• A strategic operator aligned with client outcomes

We do not guarantee specific vendor performance unless explicitly contracted in writing.

3. NO PROFESSIONAL GUARANTEES

All content and services provided are for informational and strategic purposes only.

Ascensus makes no guarantees regarding:

• Cost savings

• Vendor performance

• System uptime or reliability

• Business outcomes

Any implementation, vendor selection, or operational decision remains the sole responsibility of the client.

4. USE OF WEBSITE

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You shall NOT:

6. CLIENT ENGAGEMENT TERMS

• All fees are due upon invoice terms

• Deposits may be required for project initiation

• Services may be paused for non-payment

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & VENDOR RELATIONSHIPS

You acknowledge:

• We do not own or control third-party providers

• Vendor performance is not guaranteed

• Contracts may exist directly between you and vendors

We may receive:

• Referral fees

• Commissions

• Partnership incentives

This does not alter our obligation to act in a commercially reasonable and professional manner.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Ascensus Advisory shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of revenue, profits, or data

• Business interruption

• Vendor failures or service outages

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid to Ascensus for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
